Contact CoomeChat Support

One email address reaches us, for everything: safety reports from a video call, payment questions, camera and connection problems, and anything else about CoomeChat.

CoomeChat has no account and no password, so nobody from support will ever ask you for one. Any message asking you to log in, verify an identity, or pay someone "on behalf of CoomeChat" is not from us.

1. Where to Reach Us

CoomeChat is a browser-based random video chat with no accounts and no help desk to log into, so support runs on a single email address. Everything below goes to the same inbox.

Safety reports are the priority. If something happened on a call, use the report button on screen during the call, and email us as well if the matter is urgent or involves someone's safety.

2. What We Can Actually Help With

These are the things people actually write to us about, and what helps us act on each one.

Reporting Someone on a Call

  • Nudity or sexual conduct on camera
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behaviour
  • Anyone who appears to be a minor
  • Someone recording or screenshotting without consent

Camera, Mic & Connection

  • Camera or microphone permission will not stick
  • Matching spins without ever connecting
  • Video freezes, drops, or has no sound
  • The site will not load on a particular browser or phone

Coins & Payments

  • A payment was taken but coins did not arrive
  • A charge you do not recognise
  • Refund questions on a recent purchase
  • Trouble completing checkout

Privacy Requests

  • What data CoomeChat holds about a session
  • Requesting deletion of report evidence involving you
  • Questions about the Privacy Policy
  • Law-enforcement or legal requests

Everything Else

  • Press, partnership, or advertising enquiries
  • Reporting a bug or a security issue
  • Feedback on the product
  • Anything not covered above

3. Before You Contact Us

Because CoomeChat has no account to look you up by, the detail you put in the first email is most of what we have to work with. The more of the list below you can include, the less likely we are to have to write back asking for it.

Roughly when it happened: the date and time, and your timezone
What you were doing at the time (matching, mid-call, checking out)
The device and browser you were on, e.g. iPhone Safari or Chrome on Windows
A screenshot if you have one. For a safety report this matters most
The order reference or the card's last four digits, for payment issues
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Please do not send full payment card numbers, government ID, or anything else we did not ask for. The last four digits of a card are enough to trace a charge.

4. Security Reminder

Random video chat attracts a certain amount of social engineering, so it is worth knowing what CoomeChat will never do.

  • We never ask for a password. CoomeChat has no accounts and no passwords at all.
  • We never ask you to pay an individual, send a gift card, or move a payment off the site.
  • We never contact you first on another app to ask for money, photos, or documents.
  • If someone on a call pressures you for money, intimate images, or personal details, end the call and report them. Nothing on CoomeChat requires you to keep talking to anyone.

5. What Happens After You Write

Requests are triaged by severity, not by arrival order. Anything involving a minor, a threat, or non-consensual recording goes to the top of the queue and is reviewed by a human.

Reports about behaviour on a call are checked against what we hold for that session. Because CoomeChat does not record calls, a report filed some time after the fact is much harder to act on. That is why reporting during or right after a call matters.

We may not be able to tell you what action was taken against another user. Privacy rules cut both ways, and that includes the person you reported.
